Training

With rapid changes in the health care arena, training is the backbone of any health care organisation. Staff are informed of the latest methods and trends, quality continually improves, and through solid utilisation review practices, the bottom line of the business improves.

The starting point for training in any organisation is performing a training needs assessment, prioritising of outcomes, and then devising a training plan for the organisation. For all clinical staff it has become a requirement to be certified in various levels of Life Support Training. We offer courses for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and so forth, under the auspices of the American Heart Association or European Heart Association, depending on your choice of certification.

Custom-made training for specific elements that you identified can be prepared and presented, whether it is telephone answering etiquette, or specialised nursing courses such as Sterilization, Scrub, Anaesthesia, ICU or Infection Control.
